The path to the Honda Ridge site starts from the road leading to the rocket aborting center. It traverses the right side of a steep ravine, and on the day we visited the valley below was completely enshrouded in fog.

In this picture, down the hillside to the left is the historic village of Nocto. The people of this village were most likely the primary users of the Honda Ridge site.
